The bowling shops in Pahang we could find are two Deuz Proshop outlets on the east coast. One sits at Premium Lanes in Kuantan and the other in Pekan. Both appear in the 2026 Storm VIP directory and share one phone number, which suggests a single operator. Inland Pahang has no listed shop.

Kuantan and Pekan
The Kuantan outlet works from Premium Lanes, which means you can test a new ball on the lanes straight away. By contrast, the Pekan listing names the town but not the venue. So call before you drive there. For lane details and game prices, see our guide to bowling alleys in Pahang.
Since both outlets share the number 011-1649 6606, one call should tell you where the driller will be that week. It also means stock can probably move between them, though we couldn't confirm that.
What we couldn't verify
The directory doesn't confirm drilling, hours or a contact name for either outlet. We also found no shop in Temerloh, Bentong or Genting Highlands. In addition, the Deuz name appears on a Kelantan outlet with a different phone number, so we can't say whether it's the same business. If you bowl in Pahang and know more, please let us know.
Getting fitted
Book ahead, because bowling shops in Pahang seem to have one operator covering two towns. Then bring these:
- Your old ball, if you have one, so the driller can check your span.
- The weight of the house ball you use now.
- Any wrist support you wear.
- Your average and how often you bowl.
After drilling, bowl a few frames and go back for small fixes. Tape and a thumb bevel are normal tweaks. Our guide to drilling layouts explains the options.
Nearest alternatives and buying tips
North of Kuantan, Terengganu has no listed shop, while Kelantan has three listings around Kota Bharu. See bowling shops in Kelantan for those. For western Pahang, the Klang Valley is likely closer. In particular, Sunway Megalanes in Petaling Jaya confirms drilling, filling and re-drilling. Our page on bowling shops in Selangor covers it.
The Deuz outlets sell Storm-group brands. For Brunswick, Hammer or Ebonite, X Proshop's web store delivers in 2 to 5 working days. However, ask about the fee for drilling an outside ball first. Web-store prices in October 2026 ran from RM550 to RM710 for entry reactive balls. Before ordering online, ask the bowling shops in Pahang whether they can order the model for you. For every state, see our pro shop directory.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy a bowling ball in Pahang?
The 2026 Storm VIP directory lists two Pahang outlets, both under the Deuz name: one at Premium Lanes in Kuantan and one in Pekan. They share the number 011-1649 6606. Both sell Storm, Roto Grip and 900 Global balls.
Which pro shop in Pahang drills bowling balls?
The directory doesn't say whether the Deuz outlets drill. Most centre pro shops in Malaysia do, so it's likely, but call first. Ask which outlet the driller works from and on which days, since the two share one number.
How much does ball drilling cost in Pahang?
We found no published Pahang drilling rate. Across Malaysia, drilling is usually free when you buy the ball at the same shop. For a ball bought elsewhere, ask for a quote, and check whether finger inserts are extra; they sold for about RM14 to RM16 each online in 2026.
Is there a pro shop at Genting Highlands?
We didn't find one in any listing we read. Bowlers in western Pahang may find the Klang Valley shops closer than Kuantan. Sunway Megalanes at Sunway Pyramid confirms drilling and carries a large stock.
